What You Need to Succeed

- An excellent teacher with high expectations of children’s behaviour and what they can achieve
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with parents, pupils and staff
- You put children at the forefront of everything you do and have a passion for inclusion
- Passionate about creating lessons to inspire and challenge pupils
- Willing to contribute to the wider life of school
- a hard-working, positive, ‘can do’ attitude to school life
- you are a reflective practitioner who is open to new ideas
- a willingness to take on a subject responsibility
